chiming in to bash gates and moog. my last gates water pump gave out after 5 years/about 50k miles.
prior to that i had 3 gates pumps that made it to 90k with no issues.
the moog ball joint i bought had a ridiculously thin boot on it. both brands used to be quality but are now are now made in china apparently.
now running a bando timing belt (made in germany) and npw water pump (japan). wouldve gone with aisin
pumps but cant find one for gs-r engine. mitsuboshi timing belt is another good option.
check out the tbk kits with high quality mostly japanese parts:

Amazon Amazon

special shout out to denso for great quality and (mostly) reasonable prices.

Yeah, it's a old thread. Oldie but a goody . I can say aptech manufacred the 97 civic sedan windshield. For some reason the coupe has a different manufacturer and is or was not available. I was able to use the aptech windshield with the oem rubber instead of the supplied aptech molding. The Honda molding is soft and pliable unlike all the aftermarket glass with the molding. The aptech also had great clarity vs other aftermarket windshields. I can't figure out how to post pics on ht but if you have a 96-00 civic you probably know what I am talking about. The driver side molding often is not in the window frame completely and pops out .

I tried installing the oem links, and could not get them to tighten down.
I ended up with the Moogs that have grease zerks.
