What kind of gas mileage do you get with your Civic?
I just picked up a 1.6L 1998 Civic LX with an auto and was wondering what kind of gas mileage other people are seeing and what I might expect. Thanks!

36MPG D15B VTEC CX tranny soon to swap in my old EX tranny so my MPG will probably go down slightly.

2000 EX, stock expept K&N filter which did increase fuel efficiency by 2mpg city, and 3-4 highway... Id recommend it.
city and highway normal balance, 32mpg.
City alone 30mpg.
Long duration on highway, been up to 38mpg. So far car seems to move with the least effort at around 60mph or a little below... so if you really want gas mileage, drive it at 65, and press the petal as little as possible, see where it falls to, that is what I did.

93 civic si. I/H/E.
It varies. The best is 380 on a full tank of gas. the worst I've gotten is 270.
