93' Civic No running lights nor turn signals
Hey guys I'm new to the community but I couldn't find a thread on this. I bought a 93 honda as my first offical car a week ago and have been running into some significant wiring issues. I cant get my turn signals front or back, nor my running lights to work. I have went through and checked all of the fuses all appear to be okay...
The Gauge cluster is currently not plugged in because the prior owner tried to put some other one in there and failed so the connections aren't right. So I guess my question is should the signals and running lights work without the Guage cluster being installed or is there some sort of link between the two?
Any help is massively appreciated
Update for anyone who may run into a similar problem, for some reason the car didnt like the hazard lights button that was in it, another one happened to be in the glove box so I threw it in and it worked.

Re: 93' Civic Wiring Nightmare
It's quite possible the gauge cluster completes the signal circuits. I haven't actually sat down and studied the wiring diagrams for it but I do know that the external lights (bulbs), the combination switch on the steering column and the gauge cluster all work together for the various aspects of the turn signals.

Re: 93' Civic Wiring Nightmare
Plug in the 4-way flasher switch. That one definitely completes the circuit. (Many moons ago there was some brief panic.)
I'm guessing that the p.o. fucked up the wiring when they tried to modify it to accommodate the other cluster (presuming here it wasn't going to be an original 92-95 Civic one)
