I recently had a customer service problem with Excessive, so I
searched the Better Business Bureau (www.bbb.org) and noticed the review on Excessive Motortsports..."Based on BBB files, this company has an unsatisfactory record with the Bureau due to a pattern of complaints. The company has resolved some complaints presented by the Bureau; however, some complaints remain unresolved."
This was pretty bad compared to Summit Racing's review"
Customer Service Issues: 9
Outcome of all complaints -
Resolved: 6; Company made good faith effort to Resolve
Have others had this problem? I thought I would just ask around to see if any others have had problems.
