Hi, ive had an issue with my power windows in my 96 ek.

They started acting up and would only open/close when my door was wide open.

So i checked the harnest at the door where it hinges.

I found a break at the connector on three wires. so i rewired it back up to the connector.

Went in and tryed the windows and the drivers side worked fine, but when i put the drivers side down it made the passenger side go down at the same time, and am unable to get it to go up.

If anyone could tell me simply how to lift the window back up so that my car cant be stolen/ rained in thats fine. ive got the door pannel off and have been trying to physically lift the window glass but without luck, i dont know what bolts to loosen/remove to disconnect the glass from the motor or whatever it is stoping the window from 'free wheeling' sort of speak.
