Ive had EK4 Power Folding Mirrors for some time now, installed and they work just fine except when i go to fold them it seems like the gear that make them fold are stripping out...

the question is, is there anywhere i can buy new motors for the mirrors, i need both sides..

i've got the mirrors apart and the motors out, any suggestions?

What is the sound they make, and what do they do exactly? I had a problem that might be similar that I resolved on my 5th Gen Civic.

And ... If you need more motors, well, you're probably SOL and going to have to find them in a new set of folding mirror, n'est-ce pas?

I know that the glass from an ITR mirror will fit (at least on my 6th gen civic) the power folding mirrors, so I am assuming that the motor from them will fit as well. I got them from an acura parts dealer website. forget the name off hand.

The glass from from an 01 ITR just fyi.

it was like a click click click like it was trying to fold it but couldnt catch you know?

i was hoping someone would have a set lying around that would let go for cheap or something but i would prefer to buy new motors
