Default Complete loss of electrical power D16Z6

i have a 1994 civic EX sedan A/T... i recently had the head shaved and got a valve job because i ran it hot and blew the headgasket, today makes me think my civic is Cursed...

Once before in the past, my gf took the car out and then it wouldnt turn over, the lights and such would come on, but i had to jump the starter to the battery to get it to crank... pull it back to the shop, my buddy tells me to turn the radio on then try to start it.... did that, and it worked... (I KNOW he didnt do anything, this is whack, take it for what it is, it happened) turned the key over after turning on the radio and it fired up since then

after i installed the new head, new headgasket and such... found that my timing belt had a slice in it... ordered another and the parts store sent me a D15b7 belt, finally put it all together on time, and i go to drive off and the temp shoots up, i turn off the car to find a hissing sound, a hose sprung a pinhole leak, i cut said hose and put it back in place, filled the car back up with water to ensure its not bubbling out the radiator, that the cooling system is sealed and such, drove the car around the corner... it sputtered, i turned around, and then the car completely went dead, 0 power... Nothing... no lights, no power activity at all

My grounds seem to be intact from what i see (and messed with), the 80amp fuse is not blown, my battery is fine, i even attempted to power the civic with jumper cables from my truck, NOTHING........

when i did remove the head, i removed the harness and moved it aside, but as i said, my grounds seem to be all in place and intact and the main fuse isnt blown

EDIT: This previous thread may help me, but who knows

Flush the water from the cooling system and add 50:50 coolant.

Does the horn or hazard lights work?
