**99 Si Feels weak, Bogging at vtec
like it says my si feels powerless at all gears and when i push it to open vtec at 5500rpm it flutters and bogs. ive replaced fuel filter, put a jump harness and a chipped p28, tried another dizzy checked timing twice and nothing. i need help ive been trying to figure this out for a while now, thanks guys
