Default Wet Valve Cover Gasket After 3000 Miles of Replacement

I have an EM1 Civic SI, and i noticed the valve cover was leaky, so i got a new one. However, after a few thousand miles, its wet again in the same place, which is the long side over the exhaust headers. I have no idea what could cause it to be like this, can anyone help? I did not use factory specs on the bolts, but none of them are loose. Thanks

If you used a cheaper aftermarket gasket that may be the culprit, Ive found that the OEM Honda gaskets usually are the most effective.. And torque to spec, that could be an issue as well.
