Default ***Plz Help me find a good wheel/tire combonation!***

I just got an offer on my stupid 17x7 bling bling rims that I bought when I knew nothing about cars and wanted to be vin diesal when I grew up. I need some suggestions on a good wheel/tire combo fast.. cuz I will be shipping out the 17's monday.

The criteria: (i only straightline race)
-15x7
-lightweight
-sleeper (subtle, want either silver or black)
-relatively inexpensive

I also need some tire suggestions. Any brands you think i should check out let me know. Also what size should the tires be? Thanks for your help all.

I found these on tirerack.com. Its close to what im looking for though I've never heard of the people that make them. Anyone know anything about these guys? TIA!

They are ASA JS1's in silver and they are $99 each. What kinda tire would go well with these?

They don't come in 15x7's yet do they?

the rotas? they come in 15x6.5 and 16x7

the difference between 6.5 and 7 doesn't really matter, the 6.5 will still fit a 215 tire.

Ok then, I think im pretty much sold on the Slipstreams.. but what about the tires? I've heard that Azinis's are good but they are pretty expensive too. Could I put Azinis on the front and like something cheaper (suggestions needed) on the back, or would that mess something up?

Azenis? Expensive? First time I've heard that . . .

Anyway, using Azenis in the front and another tire in the back would almost defeat the purpose of getting the Azenis at all. Unless you like to take corners extremely hard all the time, I'd suggest another tire.

If you're looking for a cheap tire, perhaps you'd want to look into a lesser performer, such as a Kumho 712 or 711.

I would get the Azenis or the kuhmo 712's. Neither of them are very expensive.

The Azinis are like $100/tire.. that seems like a lot to me.
