***No Spark SOHC HELLPPP***
okay, so i needed to replace the motor in my 92 eg 4 dr, note this is not the first motor swap this chassis has undergone. i bought a ZC single motor, used my original motor harness since the one that came with the ZC was all chopped up, kept the same obd1 p28 ecu that ran the last single vtec motor, kept the same injectors that the motor came with and everything, new spark plug wires too but the dizzy wires on my old motor were so chopped as well i couldn't rewire it.
Okay, so i went to the junkyard and picked up a OBD1 dist and it fits on the motor perfect. the motor cranks but DOESNT start. checked all grounds there is still no spark. Please help me out!!!
note: there is one screw missing from the dizzy cap but the other two are locked down and the casing is sealed...i just thought id throw that in there...i didnt think that should matter.

its OBD1 2 plug from a 94 ex maybe?? and it lines up exactly with the head of the motor where as the first dizzy i came home with although 2 plugs as well, did not fit exact on the head where the three dizzy bolts lock it up to the head.

Is the CEL ON?
Does the fuel pump prime? If not, check the crucial ground wire on the thermostat housing.
Have you pulled the distributor cap off and checked for battery voltage on the BLK/YEL wire attached to the coil and igniter unit?
Any fuses blown under the hood or dash?

yes i have fuel and yes the CEL works, i turn to accessory and i hear the fuel pump prime and then turn off fuel is not a problem, she cranks like a beauty theres just no spark. ill recheck the ground on the thermostat housing (goose neck right??) and no fuses are blown.
i did not pull the cap off and check the battery voltage on the wire yet. i guess ill try that when i get home.
anything else??

As already mentioned, first verify that battery voltage is reaching the distributor.
