Lately ive been havin a problem with my turbo'd 99 SI. Lately its been bogging bad feeling almost as if i have the A/C on or somethin on when im driving. Its also been slow to hit boost and im not feeling the same kick when it does get there. But the worst of my probs now is the fact that it has been doing this severe bog, border-line die, on the highway after i get on it and slow back down to a cruise in 5th gear. What it does is it starts to just decelerate by itself as if i was not on the accelerator. I would downshift to 4th....still decelerating. Down to third....still decelerating. The i would rev a lil in neutral then put it back into 5th and it would start to act normal again. i dont know what the prob is . It all started a couple weeks ago( 2 prob) i had the TPS start actin up, and the Idle air control valve also started crappin out on me. But i have since replaced the TPS and the IAC. The Vehicle speed sensor also went out but i dont see that as being related. I need help pretty bad so if anyone has any kind of ideas or solutions, or has gone thru the same thing, or if u have ne more q's about the situation, i really could use ur help...if not thanx ne way 4 reading.

I'm not a pro at this but it sounds like its ignition or fuel related; a problem with the tuning.
