Gorillas work well.
Can't get anything onto them other than original key lock. Atleast not on my elcheapo Primes.

get more than 1 kind.. then they'd need more than 1 key/style to remove it.. I do this.. its a hassle when you need to change the tire to bust out all the keys (i hide the diff keys in diff parts of the car) but hell its worth it to keep your wheels rite? I have my regular tuner/acorn style lug nuts on 2 of the lugs which requires a rim key (generic 6 point or whatever acorn style/tuner key), then 2 diff kinds of wheel locks (bolted in a diagonal pattern)... so u have to have 3 keys to remove all 4 lugs on my car..

Re: **** best lug NUTS with LOCK ***** (EkREV)
Are the Rays locks the socket type? or are they accorn style like oem lugs? I'm worried about scratching the rims since it's a tight fit around the lugs. I think Mike @ IPS is having a sale on them now in the Best Buy forum... I think...

Re: **** best lug NUTS with LOCK ***** (StanBo)
Thanks StanBo.... I want "tuner" style lugs and locking lugs. Are the Rays "tuner" lugs?

I have kyokugens, but the key seems to get stripped pretty easily. There are a bunch of people here that have seemed to have problems with the key stripping.

Re: **** best lug NUTS with LOCK ***** (xXreaperXx)
The Kyokoguen (watever) lugs suck. Actually, it's the damn key. Peice of $hit. Good thing my creative senses got that crap off my car. I'm going to get HONDA wheel locks. Even if it strips, at least Honda has a master key.
You guys say that maybe 'you torqued it too much.' Anyways, I still think that other manufacturers make a GOOD key.
My advice: throw that **** away unless you want to keep on buying a new key. If you keep your set, the PRAY that the key doesn't strip.

mcgard wheel locks
If I have a kyokgugidedgd key, I can take off your wheels. If I have a volk key, I can take off your wheels. And all I have to do to take of your wheels is buy the sets. To the casual thief, those two brands are moderate protection at best. For the professional thief, those aren't any protection at all.
I have the mcgards myself. you actually get a unique key.
