A header doesn't make a big increase in horsepower, not really even noticeable imo... Unless it's on a bigger application... even then.... But hey, every bit helps.
Ebay..... listen to

Ahhh that sucks so much *****...
CA's a **** state when it comes to cars...
and $357 fine, eh? Nice gun, I must say :-P, so was it a "$357 fine" or a "fine for a 357"???? :-P aha just kiddin ---
at OP:
Just buy a used oen for the same price from soembody on honda-tech - a good name like dc sports or mugen or something...then there's a how-to how to polish up a header somewhere 'round here...it works very well and makes the header look brand new, + it's a good name so u'll get ur hp out of it
Seriously teh best way, u can clean it up nicely if it's tarnished w/ this how-to, definately check it out, Just make sure it's not all scraped up or there could be a hole in it...asside from that, u can buy one in the honda tech market place for that much, buy it us ed, clean it up so it looks new
Have fun w/ a good, name brand header
