So i am looking for a set of the USDM 95-97 Del Sol Si Rims. What would be a fair price for the set of 4? Most of what i find online is marked up quite high due to the cost of shipping, leaving me in the dark to there actual value. Any input would be greatly appreciated!

Default What's tbhis cars estimated value

Looking at this car locally. What's a fair price for a swapped eg these days? Can't figure out how to post pics, but is clean, no rust and white. Here is the ad...

Clean white Cx hatch. High compression B20B from japan with 37k on it passes compression perfectly see for yourself. shell has 141k but clearly has spent most of its life garage kept. GSR trans no pop outs or grinds. Sitting on Tien Super Street coilovers. Comes with healthy B16 (V-TEC) head with ARP head studs and rod bolts. The V-TEC head has never been installed on this engine it was on the previous build ONLY. Car weighs 1750 LBS. Hate to sell this car but my mom gave me her audi under the condition that I sold the civic. Serious buyers only. Want to see her go to a good home

Clean CX (basemodel) hatch with 140k is worth about $1500 imo

B20 swap=500

GSR trans= 400

accessories for swap=300

SS coils, depending on how old they are =500

Extra head+parts=400

If it's done 'right' and is super clean, 4,000 is fair, but money talks.

Looks nice. No rust in the common spots.

Ask to meet, offer 2k, expect to pay 2500. If it drives fine, worth while.

What would you pay for an all original, always garaged, 2 owner EG si hatch? I have a line on one, but they are tough to value.

$3500-$4000 would honestly seem reasonable to me if it's in good condition.

It's basically completely mint. He had the clear coat resprayed, so the paint is perfect. No damage anywhere, no accidents, mint interior. He wants $7k and I am sorely tempted.

As much as I love these cars and respect anyone that keeps them in good condition, $7K for a stock Si is still rather insane to me. $5K is the absolute most I would ever justify even for a mint Si, assuming it's stock.

It's up to you. You'd know exactly what it is your buying, and what to expect from the car, which is a luxury most Honda owners don't get when buying cars from this generation. I'd try politely talking him down if possible.

I think you are totally right. The problem with these cars is they are so tempting to spend a little extra cuz they aren't that pricy to begin with. I'll see if I can talk him down.

1993 Red Civic Si
209k miles with service records
From AZ, so no rust. And it was garaged so the paint is mint.

That sounds nice! Probably not going to find nicer than that...

Did '93 have passenger side air bag? ABS?

Pretty sure it has neither ABS nor the airbag.

My 93 Si has neither passenger air bag nor ABS. Which I'm personally fine with

I think they started passenger air bags/ABS on 94+

Think it was worth $2500 with tax and tag?
https://www.autotrader.com/cars-for-...delCode1=CIVIC
Because I bought it.

Found some of this bull **** and jerked it out....maybe I should have payed more attention tot he ports they were plugged in though...concerned now because there's no cover to know what port goes to what circuit, 1 was jumped to another port which really has me going WTF? And another went to nothing in the engine bay just a shielded female spade connector, so that was no concern to jerk that one out, but why the **** would someone jump a fused wire to another port in the fuse box under the dash?

It's an HX, they tend to go for more. I think it is worth what you paid. The body appears to be in great shape. Check those rear fender wells for rust. I'd even go as far as pull out the skins and spray it with rust converter then primer then pain and then do the same on the inside rear.

It's a lot of interior to pull out but will be worth it if it's relatively rust free. Work instead of cash later for rust repair.

I wouldn't pay more than $3k for that. Because you are going to spend thousands trying to get that smell out.

EDIT: I see its an EM1 si. So it may be worth the $8k if you really love it. But again, you are never going to get the smell out completely. Thats 18 years of smoke in there. So if you are thinking of flipping it, i doubt it will work out. On the other hand, if you are just going to enjoy it, $8k is ok.

8K is more in line with the 8th gen Si. It was the first civic stock with a K series motor and is why it pulls in 8K without trouble. A 6th gen Si (heavy 1.7L SOHC motor) not worth 8K. EM1, that would be the CDM SiR style with the B16 motor.... That might pull in 6K tops but as a smoker, 4K.

Ugh, going to look at a dumb clean 89 ef sedan. Texas car, 0 rust, sunfaded roof. Otherwise straight, clean and mint. B16a, needs nothing. Rota slipstreams and nothing else worth mentioning. Is it worth 5000? He's asking 5500 with wheels....
