so im driving my friends 2000 si for a week. i cant believe how slow b16's are..anyway i surprise my friend with a new exhaust system. I went to lous custom exhaust and they put in the new greddy sus headers and evo2 system.. afta thats all done.. im driving on tha highway and as im shifting past 4000 rpm i hear this gobbling sound. Im like wtf.. i gotta turkey in my muffler..i wanna kno if anybody has this exhaust system and is having the same problem. So i let my friend drive tha car an im outside as she passes me and she shifts.. it super louder outside tha car.. Sounds like a wild turkey on tha loose.. funny ****.. So if u n tha boston area and u see a black si.. and u hear a turkey noise..trust me u'll start laffin..

Dude u saying that made me laugh haha but was the stock cat left on? or did u guys mess with it? most the time its just the back pressure you should see if it does it when your in like 2nd holding 4000 rpms then just letting off the gas and let the rpms drop cause my friends si does that with his Greddy Exhaust system but his sounds like a turkey choking lol.

tru that, i put the Greddy Sp2 system on mine with stock cat and i get the same noise. it has mellowed out over time though.

Just cut the cat and get a test pipe it gets louder but sound goes away and runs better
