"P28" that looks different that others I have seen.
I got this yesterday. Guy told me it came from a stock civic. I opened it up and it looked like it was chipped already. I have chipped several P28's before and this one looks different. BTW, it came from a 95.

It is chipped from the factory, all you have to do is desolder the 28-pin chip and solder in the socket.
Most ECUs like that come from cali, because of the stricter emissions. I have seen them come from NJ too.

The code 300 on the MCU states it was programmed at the factory with P05 code. I have never seen a code 48 external ROM, and it is not referenced in the wiki at pgmfi.org. What is the full part number of this ECU?
