How about advan rg or bronze te-37 as wheels for the new project? Good luck with the project, how much did you pay for the 5gen?

Wow, the spirit of your car lives on...I could show you your car back in Florida, my friend has nearly the same thing exterior wise. I always complimented him on his car so props on working with the 96-98 front end

yeah i really want bronze rims, advan and volks are awesome rims, i just dont have the $$$ for that, so i have to settle for something much friendlier to my pocket. oh i got the car for $2900 bone stock w/ AC, sony mobile ES and a 10 disk cd changer. thanks for the input.peace

I think I saw your old car in the valley once in a while, I could be mistaken though. The 5th gen Civic might be a little hard to get used to, I know after driving 2 6th gen Civics, then going to a 5th gen, it was a little odd. I guess now I like it, I just wish I had the money to make my car as nice as it should be.

What happened to the old coupe? Did you sell it? I know some one who might be intrested in the coupe with out the motor. Do you go to palmdale a lot?

it isnt really an Si, its a 97 dx the car was fixable but i just told the body shop to total it. it was about $7600 to get it fix. On top of that i still had one more year to pay it off, and i know my isurance will be raping me if i decide to fix it. car payment plus insurance thats too much. so i was expecting to get around $8k from my isurance and have $3k left once i pay the balance of the car. but i guess i still had some luck left and they gave me $11k for a 97 dx. No they did not pay for any of the aftermarket part in the car or the motor. i didnt complain at all, i bought
the car salvage for $1700 then stripped it down to the chasis. i sold everything but the motor.
oh yeah, the major impact was on the frame, MAD frame damage. some body shop bought the chasis for $500. sold my rims(one damage) for $300 to my friend and some other parts also to friends. its bros before hos.
i like those rota groupN, yep thats my first choice i just wish they have it in bronze.
yeah it was really odd at first when i started driving the hatch, specially after owning my coupe for 3 years. but after i got rid of the stock Cx 70 ponies motor and droping the b16a, it can really change you. I've always like how the hatches look since as far as i can remember. i love my hatch.
