Car locked in reverse after start

Car locked in reverse after start
Hello guys,
today something very scary happened for my car. It is a 2017 civic EX. It was parked in parking. Then I turned it on and put it in reverse to come out of the parking lot. At this moment I noticed that car is moving reverse but I have no control. The steering wheel was locked and the break too. It was a ghost reverse moving car. It was going to hit the car behind. The only thing I could do was to move the gear shift to P. It stopped the car but car was shaking and then i could turn it off. I was very scared. Then i turned it on again and everything was ok. I am very worried if it happen when I park beside the road or in any small parking lot.
please help and advice.
