Just like the valve cover has a gasket around the head it sits on, so do the spark plugs. When you have the valve cover off, you'll replace these seals to avoid oil leaking into plugs

You won't be going anywhere near the injectors when doing either the spark plug tube gaskets or the valve cover gasket.

Normally when removing or replacing any component with gasket seals, you would replace the gaskets on those components. If you are pulling the injectors from the block, then yes, replace the o-ring gasket seals that are with the injectors. Otherwise, just ensure that the injectors are clean and the electrical connectors are clean as well ( a light shot of carb cleaner or brake parts cleaner is all that is needed ) should there be any oil from the valve cover gasket leak be present in the area of the injectors..

"plug hole seals" refers to "spark plug tube seal seals" not "fuel injector plug hole seals"
