i have a 2009 honda civic with a creamy substance in the radiator. Im trying to find out if i order a new radiator (specifically this part number 19010-RNA-A51) does this radiator have a trans cooler? Does the 2009 honda civic even come with a trans cooler? also besides changing the radiator what should i do?

the lines for the tranny attach to the bottom of the radiator to cool it

wouldn't this cause water to go into the transmission??

Do you have an automatic transmission ???

First, the fluids should NOT mix. If they are mixing inside the radiator, then replacing the radiator would in theory fix the problem. It is more likely that you have a head/block/head gasket problem allowing coolant and oil to mix... causing the milky fluid that you are describing.
