Texas FGs? FAs even!?
The only people I see around here that I have noticed from the good ol' lone star state here, is Si 4 Life, surely there are more people around here from texas with an FG or FA. Anyone? Even areas around Texas would be good, would be nice to have an HT meet around central Texas.

Re: Texas FGs? FAs even!? (Si 4 Life)
I looked at David McDavid of Frisco, Lute Riley, and Honda Cars of McKinney. I ended up picking mine up in McKinney.
I would be game for meeting up sometime.

I looked at all the dealers in the area working through the Internet. I finally had found one in Frisco. Went to go pick it up. They were working up the deal as I drove an hour up there. Oh well, it was GG. I actually like the HRP better. Guess it worked out for the best.

Re: Texas FGs? FAs even!? (Si 4 Life)
I looked at a NHBP 07 in Frisco that I almost bought. The wheels had a gunmetal mirror finish to them that looked absolutely sweet, but they didn't want to come down on the price as much as I would have liked.
I like the HRP more too, so it all worked out in the end.

The color looks much different in person than online. Originallyy, I was looking for every color but red. Changed my mind real quick when I saw it.

I didn't like it when I looked at it online either. Went and saw one on the showroom floor and changed my mind real quick.
So when are we all meeting up?

Good question. What does everyone think about getting together around the Dec 15th or 16th. I work dayshift and have weekends off.
Also, we have 2 people in Arlington, 2 in Dallas and 1 in Ft Worth. What city is a good meeting point for you all? I do not really care.

Haha, I looked at that one too, but I chose the RR '07 . When I went back last month they still had it on the floor... I think they're trying to charge an extra $3k for the rims.
Oh, and I'm in North Dallas.

Ha I think I test drove your car! Don't worry I was nice to it
Yeah $3K for those rims is rediculous. They look great but not that great. One of the things I didn't like about Frisco was they already installed the satelite radio and some other things that I didn't want on the car and they didn't want to take them off. In Mckinney they were bare bones and I chose the options and prices.

lol!! Sure you were man! I was hoping the 34 miles weren't hard ones.
I got the car for just a tad over msrp. I told them I didn't want to pay for the XM or other bs they tried to tack on. They worked with me on it after quoting me nearly 27k before ttl the first time (negated the "$3000 markup") . Yea no way those rims are worth 3k.

I work down the street from that dealership in Frisco. I might be able to swing by there and take a pic of those wheels, if it is still on the show room floor of course.

$3K is a ripoff for rims. Hope they at least put some badass tires on it too.

Only had 8 miles on it when I got mine. 3 of those were mine. I had several offers above MSRP because the dealer added so much after they got it. Went to reverse one with no options and hadn't had the chance to test drive one. They just happened to have the HRP there unsold with only a couple options. I test drove it and loved it. Along with the slick look. I just knew I had to have this one. Actually, paid $1000 under MSRP for the car and alot less for the accessories.
