Default Straightpipe?

Looking to get a loud and deep exhaust and ive seen a few videos on youtube of civics with a 3' straighpipe muffler sounding great. I currently have a stock 2006 si

If you want to run straight pipe you will need to do a header also... and give rid of the cat meaning you will have an annoying check engine light all the time unless you flashpro.

I think the biggest issue you will have it the added attention you will get which will be negative... COPS!

I'd say keep the cat and just do a catback exhaust. Less annoying and won't give you that stupid CEL

I would say not... My buddy straight piped his and it was just way too loud for me. He get's alot of attention with the police as well.

Don't forget to put stadium seating on the decklid, fake Buick port holes in the fenders, and lambo doors to go with that retarded exhaust setup.

Are you talking about a straight-through muffler, or a straight pipe to replace the cat? Two different things.
