hey guys. I have to ask for help since i tried everything i can think of.
2008 civic lx, stock, 130k. P0171 code. Car runs fine but cant pass the state inspection until i take care of it.
Replaced front 02 sensor, map, maf, purge valve. Removed and cleaned injectors even though they were spraying fine and all are the same.
Here is my data at idle and at 2500rpm:

egr is at 99% but it changes and goes to zero every other time. Thats little confusing but i am not worried about that.
Why are my shrtft and longft way our of specs? I cant find any vacuum leaks. Where else can i look, what else should i replace/look into?
