Lol, in all, I would go to the stealership and say after hours of research I know what the problem is and I would like you to fix it, if they don't contact whoever you need to up the chain to get an answer. It's a known problem in the 2012's with it being the throwout bearing/throwout bearing bushing. That should be all the ammo you need to make them replace it over for warranty.

I will be honest that 5 accidents probably have not helped your car out by any means, but the issue is beyond cosmetic/mechanical functions of the vehicle that could have been damaged by a collision, accordingly. I couldn't imagine a car still driving on the road after at least two major collisions so I'm assuming that these were all minor and barely affected the car other than cosmetically.

Cheers.

Unless said accidents screwed up something in your suspension, frame and/or driveline.

Yes, everything is relevant--especially if you had FIVE accidents. I don't think I've had that many in my entire driving career, yet you've had them with one car that is only 1 year old.

Otherwise your car is still under warranty. If you don't think it is correct then keep at the dealership. We cannot help you do that. Take it to another if the first is no help.

Or, sell the car. Good luck with the carfax though
