good guidelines 
but i would have to say that until some organized local weekly/month meets are organized for all fg's in their respective area (ie O.C. which has yet to come up with a definite meeting time), it would be a good idea for post to be placed here. then maybe stickied
i honestly dont check the regional forums and i think that this section is a better way for others to find out about local meets that are trying to be organized.
