main audio controls not working

main audio controls not working
Hey Im looking at a 2012 civic si, but the main audio controls on the head unit are not working at all. Whenever I press the volume **** or turn the volume nothing happens. I wanted to know if there was any way to fix this. Thanks, Jake

Check your fuses, most likely you have a loose one, or one is blown. There are stickies on here with fuse diagrams and locations.
