Ouch....Brings back memory when someone T-boned my si. Even though it's fixed it's never gonna be the same. Good to hear you're ok.

BTW, you plan on selling any of your parts? I'm interested in your ECU https://honda-tech.com/forums/images...es/emsmile.gif

iduuno as much as pissed i was i didnt talk to the other party, i'v noticed the chp did alot of talk to her and not much to me. everyone i'v talked to (insurance) as well says that for the most part i am NOT at fault.

Probably not, but you never know. Seriously glad youre OK tho.

Like the other guy, be sure to let us know if you decide to part out @ all. I may be interested in the sideskirts if they arent too damaged. If i remember correctly you did have the hfp lip kit.

Re: (gus738)

depending on what type of state cali is as far as insurance... here in michigan it's no-fault and my insurance wouldn't even pay to have OEM parts put on the car so i have to sue them and not the other party for not complying w/my lease terms...

so if cali is a no-fault thats what you have to do and it all comes down to the terms of your insurance of whats covered.... if not a no-fault state go after the other party for the amount of mods only what you had on the car beforehand is what your going to get not any more.

and not all female drivers are that bad!!!

i never said female drivers were bad, any fool can drive without paying attention. i own the car not leasing . for what im told if the other party is at fault they have to pay for everything which is repair or if the totaled a new civic. i dont know what kind of insurance you have but i have AAA and i can quite belive its reliable....

and if this car results in a toatal loss then yea ill part it out.
