I used the 140 from pep boys can't recall the name on the container but it was the most inexpensive GL5 lube they had, I read all the labels of the others on the shelf and they were the same.
The other bottle was from walmart Tech brand simisynthethic 75-80.
One quart of each, like I said earlyer it just shifts stiff on the first time into 1st gear, and then it's fine.

I had a similar problem on my '09 Si. I replaced the gear oil with Eneos 75W-90 at 20k. I'm at 35k and haven't had a pop out or grind since.
