I have a honda civic 06 EX, the first problem was that the fans would turn on when AC was off. So, I took off the AC compressor Clutch relay and the fans turned off. But, now when I put the relay back into its spot, the AC clutch and the condenser wont turn on at all. Now, the ac clutch will only turn on if I jump it and the condenser fan will only turn on if I jump the condenser fan relay. I thought it was the ac pressure switch and I changed but it still the same. When I jump the ac clutch relay, the motor loses power and the car will turn off. What is the problem?

relay plugged in right? shorted out relay? try another
your clutch is good.
