Default H&R Springs on Sedan

Has anyone tried the H&R Sport Springs on the sedan yet? Will a F 1.6" R1.3" drop blow the stock shocks quickly?

I had H&R sport springs before on a 2001 Integra LS... and those blew out pretty quickly, I eventually switched in Koni Shocks to balance it out. I think the Integra suspension was slightly better than this Civics so you should probably watch out or just switch out the stock shocks if you're going to add the springs.
