car alarm not working

car alarm not working
so i just picked my car up from the body shop. I ran over a blown truck trie so i got a new bumper, platics, and some other things. Now the one thing thats not right is my car alarm. I also got a new condenser so they had to disconnect my battery. is there a trick or some thing, my car locks but it doesnt beep. Advise or tell me what to do. Thanks

doesnt beep as in the horn doesnt go off? did they mess with the horn at all? do you have an aftermarket alarm? check your dash for the two red lights, if there flashing your fine.

It was the same with my S2000. Once - Parking light blink/lock, Twice - Honk. One thing I loved about the OEM alarm was the range (I don't know if it's the same on the Civics). I work 4 stories up and I park underground, but my panic button still worked (verified by startled co-worker).
