Default Bumper Detached, will this cost a lot to fix?

Hello,
I have a 2007 Honda Civic LX. At first the far right side of the bumper became undone and for a while I could sort of pop it back in and it would stay for a bit. On closer inspection, it seemed like one of the plastic rings that held it onto the side had ripped?

Long story short, today the bumper got caught on a parking block and tore the other side of the bumper off. Now, it's main attachment to the car is at the center grill.

Here are a few photos. You can click on the thumbnails to enlarge:

I know nothing about cars and I feel like this is something I could fix on my own if I did. Does anyone know how much something like this would cost at a body shop? And what it would entail to fix it? Thanks again and my apologies if this is really stupid!

You could probably JB weld those "plastic rings" part together as you need them so that a self tapping screw can hold them in place (which I'm guessing was lost when the bumper was ripped off the body).

Refer to this video so you can have an idea of how the bumper is attached.

Plastic rivets are what go in the holes. They are 2 pieces. As for JB weld, its not going to work because it doesn't have any give to it. Your rivets are probably still there. The center pops up, then you can remove the whole thing. As for the slotted section, it slides in place and then the rivets hpld it all in place. Really simple to do. Here is a pic of the plastic rivets.
