Ball Joints/Brake Pads
I drive a mix of 50% highway/city driving how long should Ball Joints last? 125,000 or 200,000
Is there a good quality aftermarket Ball Joint to use? Moog
What is a good quality of after market brake pads that are Ceramic mix?
What about antifreeze

Re: Ball Joints/Brake Pads
I see no reason you couldn't get 200k plus on the OEM ball joints, there are several factors that come into play for the life of a part. For example if you constantly hit pot holes you run a higher risk of damaging a part. My TL is an 05 with nearly 200k miles on it and all original bushings and suspension components and it is still going strong. Really just need to inspect them from time to time, for example when you do an oil change or tire rotation check out the ball joints for play, cracked boots, etc...
Moog is almost always a good choice when OEM isn't an option (price, availability, etc..). I am pretty sure the only way to get OEM ball joints is with the control arm for most Hondas/Acuras, I may be wrong on that.
I personally am a big fan of OEM brake pads for daily use, I use them on my civic & TL. I have used Wagner brand brake pads with success, as well as EBC and I know centric/powerstop is a good option as well.
For coolant/antifreeze I use OEM type 2 (the blue stuff), already comes premixed 50/50 and it really isn't that expensive. If this isn't currently in your cooling system and you go this route, I would suggest doing a flush to get the old stuff out.

Re: Ball Joints/Brake Pads
I haven't looked at the ball joint setup on the the 8th gen 06-11 but I will say there have been lots and lots of complaints regarding moog parts in recent years. Seems their quality has dropped significantly.
I've been told Beck/Arnley parts can often be reboxed oem and they tend to be good quality if not. Might not be oem for honda parts but they appear to demand a high level of quality on their parts they rebox up.
As for brake pads, Akebono fronts and Brembo rears seems to be a seriously great combo on my Si that I think I will stick with. Akebono permance pads are great pads and the Brembo on the back is phenomenal too. I've been using Akebono performance pads on the fronts of my civics for several years with no disappointment and it was already on this Si when I got it last summer.
