2016 ILX
As there is no forum for the ILX nor the 2016 civic, I am posting it here...
Then I have a 2016 ILX A-Spec which comes with a K24 (haven't look at rest) and 8-speed dual clutch auto tranny. Haven't dyno or run against any other but can tell it moves very good, even better than what I expected. And the dual clutch was the most impressed me; shifts really fast and feels like a real engaging clutch, not like the normal slipage of common torq converters.
Only "cons" is shifting on low speed no gas (like in stop&go traffic) the next gear/shaft clutch when engage can be felt and heard.
Engine
K24... (exhaust @ front) DOCH i-Vtec
201Hp@6800; 180 lb-ft @380; 11.6:1 CR
Anyone dynoed or 1/4 track?
P.S.
A disclaimer: please don't be stupid, is not a MT with bronze clutch but bet that shift faster than you on a stock SI.
And the A-Spec is just aesthetic. All have the same engine and tranny.

Re: 2016 ILX
Whuuuut, the new K series has the exhaust facing front? Any pics of the car and engine? I like the idea of a dual clutch trans. Not sure I could give up driving a manual car, though.

The civic SI K24 have the exhaust on the back, all others (accord, crv, ilx, etc) looking to the front of car. Its not 2016, previous years are the same
