2011 civic si bogs when shifting into second
 

My 2011 Civic si bogs whenever I shift into 2nd gear, it doesn't happen any other time. It only happens when I try to do a pull to, just so you know it isn't every time. It's also random when it happens, sometimes it spins the tire and sometimes it hooks and that's when it bogs down. I've tried with TC on and off and it seems to be random, but when it happens with TC on, the TC light comes on (obviously) which makes me feel like TC isn't fully disabling when I turn it off. Also, it's not because I can't shift, I never have this issue on my b18b1 swap eg. Any advice?
