Default 2008 Honda Civic sedan

ı have a 2008 sedan 1.6, its shaking when its cold in reverse and neutral. when you take it to drive there is a friction sound ı think coming from tires. transmission oil is new. when car gets to optimal running temperature everything is fine. what can be the problem any ideas ?

How cold are we talking here? Sounds like the car needs a lubrication that will work in freezing or well below freezing conditions.
