2008 Civic EX longer turnover time
Hello,
2008 Civic EX sedan, 83k miles, AT. used to fire right up every time, now it turns over for about three seconds before starting. New battery, new alternator, new spark plugs and they're clean. it has never failed to start and it starts more quickly when the engine is warm. It's just taking longer to start than it used to. No other symptoms, no CEL.
Is this a sign that the starter is failing?
Any other thoughts on what would make this happen?
Thanks.

It's actually cranking longer, it begins to crank as soon as the key is turned and it sounds like it is engaging the flywheel immediately, the engine just turns over for a longer period of time than it used to before it starts.
