Default coolant housing tube replace repair photo

I want to replace and repair a coolant tube shown in the photo circled in yellow. Can these tubes be loosened by heating them up? If so, what kind of sealer is used to reseal them?

Thanks!!

Yould could probably get away with just running some rtv around where it's leaking and letting it cure for a day.

I really want to replace this, and should not have used the word "repair". I was trying to think of a short way to learn from anyone who has removed and replace these tubes. This tube is in the way and I want to remove it and may be even cap it, or possibly bend it out of the way for a turbo set up I am doing.

I have heard they are pressed and sealed, but with heat they can sometimes be loosened and removed and replaced. But that is 2nd hand info and I was hoping to hear from someone with 1st hand experience.

Thanks
