No offense man but are you retarded? You're from MN, you knew what to expect. And who hasn't heard of a windchill. In a cold weather major city, it's all they talk about when it's not precipitating. The wind whips up and down city streets with ferocity.

Its in the 40s here today. We either get our weather from Florida, from Canada, or as a combination/mixture of both winds.

Hell yea it is. I've lived in NJ all my life, so I see the gauntlet...summers with 100 100% humidity days and winters with 14 inch snow days hovering around 0 degrees. I still can't stand the winter, except for the skiing it allows. I'd prefer it be high of like 73 degrees all year round. Get chilly enough at night so that I can sleep...ideal

There actually wasn't any black ice on that part of town.. But The speed limit was 55 and there was a car on my *** for a second so instead of going 60 on that road like I normally do, I bumped it down to 56 incase it was a cop.

It's usually a woman in an SUV using a cell phone.

I think everyone knows what the infamous police car headlights look like. It shouldn't be hard to tell unless its a new charger they use here in NY or an suv.

no here in maryland there are numerous cars and trucks that are police cars. They have trucks with touna covers and stickers on the windows and stock everyday cars, and no you cant. saw a guy pulled over today heading to work. pulled over by a chevy silverado 1500 with no tint and bed cover and a window sticker. something like a hunting thing decal as a window sticker.

Last winter i saw these guys get pulled over by a cop in an old mid 80s ford. He had red/blue lights on the bottom of his passenger visor that he just flipped down.

It's possible that he was off duty, Cause he didn't even appear to be armed. Those guys must have been doing something really stupid to have him come out of hiding.
