Sure, a 450hp+ turbo Civic will beat a stock Evo in a straight line, but when it comes to taking turns, it is still FWD.

go with the turbo 'vic! too many evo's (atleast around here) and not enough turbo'd 8 gens! even though it's about what YOU want/like, a turbo 8th gen will get more props because you have the ***** to F with your warranty like that, whereas evo's come stock out of the box and don't take any ***** to drive. just a decent wallet..

Boosted s2000, apparently that f20c can put down around 700 on stock internals. Besides its a drop top, and I think its a "sexy" car when modified.

It was a joke man. For us FF guys any motor mounted longitudinally is mounted the wrong way.

i dunno, i am not a fan of turbo FWD if it's much past like...320 ftlbs. my mazda is a perfect example of right about where FWD turbo is acceptable for me....i mean, if i reacquired the accessport and got it tuned, i'td def be at my personal limit because right now it's making about 285 ftlbs to the wheels without the AP.

i like fwd with tiny turbos...otherwise it becomes an exercise in frustration.

but, IMO, nothing beats AWD turbo. it's a simplistic way of looking at things, but i'm not a race car driver, so RWD isn't that appealing to me for a daily. i want to be able to mash it while putting down 320-350whp and just go. it's the day to day 2nd-3rd gear pulls that make me smile.
