Where does fuse #2 get its power from?
Have a 2002 civic coup v-tec. Pulled codes for cat not working, and SO21 fail and SO21heater fail. P1166 and P1167. Changed cat, and SO21, now still pulling P1166 or P1167. Upstream oxygen sensor Heater circuit is good from #2 fuse (under dash) to ECM, to sensor and back to ECM including relays. The problem is that fuse #2 and #3 are not getting any power. Fuse #4 is getting 12v with activates the relay. I am also missing power to fuses 15 and 17 under hood, which runs the DRL, and head lights, and something called a multiplex controller.
I am thinking of replacing the under hood fuse box in hopes that remedies the problem, maybe an internal short. I am also seeing a .5-1.5 ohm to ground all over the system.
Please, offer any advice. All input is appreciated. Also any diagrams between under hood fuse box and under dash fuse box will be greatly appreciated(where does fuse #2 and #3 power come from?).
thank you,
Ben
