Look at your VIN number, it's your car's Chassis Code. (It's on your dash, you have to look through your front windshield to see it in front of your steering wheel. You should see EM2 in there.)

People have been calling their cars by their Chassis Code for quite some time. It's not their "vin name". If you look throughout the entire honda-tech website, people constantly refer to their car's Chassis Code. It's much easier than typing 1992 Civic EX coupe, aka. EJ1.

calm down killtodie, I admit Diemaster went a little overboard with the reference to the search feature, because this HAS NEVER BEEN COVERED BEFORE.
Although most of us regulars in the 2001-2005 forums take Em/ES as common knowledge, MANY other honda enthusiasts still dont associate 2001-2005 No-Si's with a chassis code yet.
That being said, theres no need to get all uptight. NEARLY every car is called by some sort of chassis code, from EG/EK for honda, to E36 for BMW, S13 for Nissan even JBody and Fbody for domestic guys.
Time for lockage.
