tried to replace stock stereo with an aftermarket stereo but theres no power. replaced all fuses but still didnt work. when i put the keys to the ignition and turn on the car the gauges start to jump and makes this ticking sound. anyone?

did u cut the factory harness off? if you did most likely theres a short somewhere
