Where is the PCV valve on a 2005 Civic LX?
Trying to do Seafoam, and since I can't take off the Brake Booster line... which is here http://img31.imageshack.us/img31/866/vacuumf.jpg
I want to do it thru PCV valve - which I hear is more effective, and it's somewhere on the left side http://img31.imageshack.us/img31/866/vacuumf.jpg but I dont know which one it is.. it's supposedly more accessible as well
can anyone help??

#1 why cant you take off the brake booster? Its just a clamp and then you pull off the hose, you might need to give it a good tug but it will come off, very easy to do.
#2 the PCV Vavle is threaded into the Block, Under the Intake Manifold just above the oil filter, Its not very easy to get to at all, easiest way is to reach it from under the car.
#3 like Matt said, if you run seafoam through the PCV system you wont clean ****, lol.
1/3 mcan in your gas, 1/3 in the oil, and 1/3 in the brake booster, once its sucked through, shut off the car, let it sit for 5-10 mins, connect your brake booster hose again, start the car and take it for a nice spirited run for 20 minutes or so, or untill you dont see anymore smoke, bring it home, change the oil and top off the gas.
Done.

Re: Where is the PCV valve on a 2005 Civic LX?
not to thread jack but this forum section is extremely dead. so far my search has determined this pcv on a d17 is non serviceable. any techs can clarify it? i got a '05 VP DX with 160k miles that is consuming a decent amount of oil and is driven by a female with a light foot. i might add i dont know the full history of the car. as in how long she ran oil changes without changing the oil. any input is appreciated.

PCV is servicable, its above the oil filtersa, it threads into the block, easily done.
I changed mine last year because it was plugged.
