my civic did the same thing.. if its a stock radio that came with the car.. turn the car key to "on" and hit preset numbers 1 & 6 at the same time and then turn the radio on & it will read u the code. call ur nearest honda dealership and they will give u some numbers to type in on the radio and it will unlock it....mine had the same problem
