Cant load cd's on Special edition radio

Cant load cd's on Special edition radio
When i push LOAD it just keep saying "BUSY" on the screen and it does not disappear unless i take out the key. It wont let me load cd's but the radio works perfectly. Need some help in this.
You might want to try and "help" remove the CD.

what kind of cd is it?..is it a burn cd?.. or just a reg cd u buy from a store shelf?..sometimes that can cause it
