Passanger high beam not working.
Hey folks,
I just bought an 02 civic and the passanger high beam doesnt work. I replaced the bulbs, checked all fuses, believe I checked all relays. It's a dual beam bulb, low beam works fine, but when I turn on the high beams, only the drivers side works.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Might be break in the wire at the harness area (or anywhere along the circuit from harness to fuse box to light switch). Got a test light?

I dont have an actual test light. I used some wire and a dome light bulb to test the headlight plugs and I get power to the plug, but none when i turn the high beams on.
