Base model RSX knuckles are pretty much the same as Civic knuckles (with exception to the size holes used for the MacPherson strut mount).

Those tire sizes aren't for the same wheel size (assuming you posted them incorrectly). Did you mean 205/60/15 or 205/60/16? Because that's more logical. However, the first one is for a 15" wheel and the second one is far too large for the car. Proper tire sizing for the car on a 16" wheel will be 205/50/16 or 215/50/16.
