I've been reusing a nylon washer for several oil changes now. No cracks, leaks, or other problems.
If you still want to buy the crush washers, get them online. They're only .23 cents each before shipping costs.

Like I said, though, I've been using the same nylon washer for .. geez .. gotta be over two years now. I've never had a problem with it.
It came with a drain plug from the local auto parts store. I didn't need the plug, but they didn't sell just the washer, so I had to buy them both.
